Exciting Changes for Peninsula Fair
Peninsula Fair is pleased to share an update on a number of upcoming retailer changes and improvements taking place across the Centre as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the experience for our customers and retailers.
Over the coming months, customers will begin to see several changes take shape, including new retailers, store relocations and future improvements to key areas of the Centre.
Coming soon to Peninsula Fair
By the end of October, Top Asian is expected to open in its new location within the Food Court, while Intersport will open a brand-new store opposite Surf Dive ‘n Ski.
We’re also looking forward to welcoming Stella Rossa to Peninsula Fair. The new dine-in café will be located opposite Vodafone, providing customers with another place to meet, dine and enjoy during their visit to the Centre.
Looking ahead to 2027
Further changes are planned for 2027, with Best & Less set to relocate to a new, larger store incorporating part of the existing Food Court and the retail space next to House.
The new Best & Less store is anticipated to open in early to mid-2027.
Following this relocation, Anytime Fitness is set to join Peninsula Fair, moving into the space currently occupied by Best & Less. The new gym is anticipated to open in mid to late 2027.
Future Food Court improvements
Alongside these retailer changes, we are also exploring opportunities to revitalise the Peninsula Fair Food Court and enhance the overall experience for customers and retailers.
Planning for these improvements is currently underway, with further information to be shared as details are confirmed.
Where works are required to facilitate these changes, they will be carefully planned and staged to minimise disruption to customers and retailers wherever possible.
There is plenty to look forward to at Peninsula Fair over the next 12 to 18 months, and we appreciate the continued support of our customers and local community as these exciting changes take shape.
